The homes at Green Harbor Point are offered in two different models, The Alex and The Olivia. Both models have two-car rear garages and 2300sf of finished space. The Alex offers a more conventional modern townhouse design with a bedroom or home office on the entry floor along with the garage. The living space and kitchen are located on the second floor, and two bedrooms and two full baths on the 3rd floor.

The Olivia offers a more dramatic floor plan, with entry directly into a sunken living room with 15’ high ceilings. The Olivia offers an in-law/au pair suite on the finished lower level with a full bathroom and optional kitchenette. Both models have rooftop terraces with penthouse rooms as well as large patios off of the rear second story family rooms. Designer kitchens and bathrooms with Kohler faucets and fixtures are standard in both units.
