What is the best brand of Cordless Power tools?
I thought about buying a set of tools electrical use in applications woodworking (Im tired of borrowing my grandparents). I am in the process of remodeling my home and need a Circular Saw, a drill / Recipricating and saw a gun. I saw the Milwaukee V28 series and it seems just what I need. My grandfather, a carpenter with experience tells me that Milwaukee is a very well. Tell me what you think ….. thanx.
Milwaukee V28 is very Toolkit good (my brother, I use a) They are however not cheap – $ 600 (on Amazon.com), drill Sawzall (vi recipricating) circular saw, drill and Flash Light. The lithium-Ion Batteries are V28 (the same type as laptop computers) and last long, so if you do a lot of work that will probably all day. If you go with 18-Volt Nicad kit with the same tools in Milwaukee, costs about $ 480, lithium-ion 18 volt $ 455. However, I heard bad reviews of 18 Volt Batteries of the Milwaukee nickel-cadmium batteries, although I have 18-volt nicad drill, and have not had any problems with the batteries. Other brands: Dewalt. DEWALT kit makes a 36-Volt Lithium Ion, about $ 800 on Amazon, but replacement batteries are expensive, $ 130 versus $ 95 for Milwaukee V28. Bottema line: perhaps Dewalt 36 Volt price drop, but for now, two of which would go to Milwaukee. Other brands to consider: make a kit Makita 18-volt lithium-Ion Battery, lightweight, compact and powerful $ 520 at Amazon for the drill, Impact Driver, flashlight and a circular saw. a good buy. Bosch has a Kit 18 volt nickel-cadmium: $ 500 per year, Sierra recipricating circular saw and flashlight. DeWalt also makes a kit nickel-cadmium batteries of 18 volts: $ 480 the same equipment Bosch. All these purchases are good, one of them would be good. Moreover, not recommended, unless you do very little work Ryobi, 250 $ – $ 350 for the same team that Dewalt and Bosch, however, very low quality, frustrating to use, and short lifespan. Good for small users. Overall, go with the more expensive brands, and stay away from rigid systems. Exspensive is so stiff and good marks, not so good. Best Bets: Milwaukee, Dewalt, Bosch, Makita.
