What kind of metal Angle Grinder do I need to be able to grind a nail into a screw?

I need a metal grinder that is able to grind really small and precise. I am having trouble finding such a grinder that is small enough to grind a nail into a screw if I wanted to. If someone could help me out on a name for such a grinder that would be great. Thanks.
I’m not actually trying to grind a nail into a screw. I am trying to put different grooves and edges into the nail. No specific pattern.

Threads are cut on a thread machine or lathe. A grinder isn’t precise enough even if you could find one small enough and stones or cutting wheels small enough. First, because hand grinders simply can’t be held in the same position for the length of the threads, and secondly the stone or wheel changes shape as it cuts. If you had a stationary grinder you would still need a revolving head to cut the taper and threads and some kind of a full time wheel dresser.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Now you tell me. A Hand Held Die Grinder, either air or electric, either straight or angle, with a carbide Cutting Wheel will cut groves and edges in a nail without any set pattern. Air tools are more powerful and longer lived but you need a compressed air source.
